Anniesland

Anniesland is west of Glasgow on the Scottish commuter network. The

Argyle Line and

North Clyde (Glasgow North Electric Suburban) line run through the station and split two stations west. The North Clyde line serves Glasgow Queen Street & Edinburgh and the Argyle line serves Glaswegian suburbs.

The station is also the terminus of the unelectrified

Maryhill line which is effectively also a diversion route for the North Clyde. It runs round the north of Glasgow to Glasgow Queen Street.

The platforms are numbered out of sequence. Platform 3 (eastbound Maryhill bay platform) and platform 1 (eastbound main line) are next to each other, and platform 2 (westbound main line) is over the footbridge.

Anniesland has a ramp to platforms 1 and 3, and stairs only to platform 2.
